"Portraits are my passion"! I endeavor to capture and portray a feeling,
a moment or a story in my portraits. Whether through Ethnic images, children or seniors, I play with color, value, texture,
shadow and light until I feel I have captured that which drew me to the image. I would hope that my images speak to
you! Come watch me work wet-in-wet with water soluble oils and share in the process. In addition to original work,

I started making pottery in 1995 and completed my BFA at the University
of Iowa in pottery in 2001. I work at my home studio making functional and decorative pottery in my electric kiln. I
make everything from bowls. mugs and pictures, to wall art and functional wren houses. I work in a variety of glazes,

Starlight Art Glass Studio is located at Tender Top Gardens.
This husband and wife team create art from glass, metals and wood using Mother Nature for inspiration. Currently
constructing a 2600 sq. ft. gallery, studio and retail area to be completed in 2013. An inventory of various garden art is
displayed in a 3 acre landscaped yard and garden area of butterflies, dragonflies, spiders & webs, ants, frogs, bowls,
plates, vases, whirls, sun-catchers, ornaments and more. Larger commissioned pieces include bridges, handrails, trellis,
